My Dodge van/RV was parked in front of my daughter's house for the Thanksgiving holiday. The red Buick, shown further up the street, hit the driver side hard enough to break the front steering and suspension, along with customizing the sheet metal from bumper to bumper. All 4 hub caps were knocked off. I found one, crushed between the curb and the right rear wheel. I guess that the others are on a neighbors roof or part of the Buick. My insurance totaled the van due to cost of repair...I lost money on the deal but learned another lesson. Do not put money into old vehicles.I will miss the van, it was easy enough to drive and fit into campsites all over the country.
